I’ve hunted this buck since the beginning of bow season, passing up many other bucks because I knew I had a target buck I was after. Finally met up with him Friday evening but we didn’t find him until Sunday morning! After many hours, miles and bringing in a dog we had no luck – I lost hope and thought he was still living. My husband took a walk one more time Sunday morning and stumbled up on him! It’s true when they say these deer have a will to live! What a crazy tracking experience. He definitely made up for all those sits and passes!
