Beyond blessed this year…celebrating my fathers 24th heavenly birthday ….I took a shot at this guy at 7:37am…longest shot attempted at 58yds with a crossbow…heard the ballon pop but arrow landed under him…sitting there thinking I should have never pushed my limits and my day was over I got down from my stand at 8:14. Went to retrieve my arrow and to my surprise it was covered in bubbles and blood….called my future son in law to give me a hand…15 minutes of looking for a blood trail…he was 50 feet from where I shot him…single lung and severed arterial artery…right above the heart….still in disbelief but thankful
