After his younger brother dropped his buck we had exited the blind and were headed to get our Ranger to recover his trophy. We saw another shooter out in the field that wasn’t scared off after seeing us, so Tanner decided he was going to try to go 3 for 3 on the day. Moments later and a short track which ended with him expiring next to the neighbors yard, Tanner put down his 4th buck in as many years. The Crots Boys had an opening day we’ll never forget, going 3 for 3 with 2-9pts and an 8pt.
