Words cannot even begin to describe the emotions that ran through my head when I was at full draw on this deer. I’ve hunted every chance I got since I was young in pursuit of a Michigan deer of this caliber. I watched him run through the corn for 30 minutes getting out to 200 yards at one point. Just to run all the way back to 23 yards and present me with a perfect shot opportunity. Watched him go down 20 yards from me. Officially tagged out in bow season for the first time ever. All the hard work over the years paid off! I hope everyone has a safe and successful rest of the season.
