This is a buck we call Monarch. He was one of three bucks we were hunting this year. When you target specific deer your season can seem like a roller coaster of emotions and if your lucky enough to get one opportunity its a great year. He came out chasing a doe and I pulled up the 450 and missed him twice. He took his doe back in the woods and thought it was all over, I had blown my chance. To my amazement he came back out 20 minutes later and the rest is history.
