This buck and a doe come running past me almost side by side. I twist to catch up with my bow drawn they get to the very end of my reach. The doe sees my movement they stop and she stares me down. The buck had no clue and I shoot him from the ground inside 10yrds. It happened in a moment, my first mature buck!
