Me and my dad where in are blind we saw 8 does and I was gonna shoot one but they where to far so we waited we where planing on getting out at 9:30 at about 9:20 this buck walked out from the swamp and my dad nudged me and say get ready shooter so I got ready clicked safety off then my dad fell out of his chair and had to shoot I didn’t know how much time I had before he ran so I shoot and dropped him in his tracks bc it was a rushed shot I didn’t know how good it was so we got out and went to look at him and he was dead I hit him in the neck. We flipped him over to get pictures and we say he had already been shot it looked like a older wound just glad my dad could be with me on this amazing adventure.
