Had multiple does and a small buck in front of me when I seen the big body about 150-200 yards through the trees. Seen the horns but it wasn’t until he stepped out in the opening that I realized how big he was. He walked facing directly at me until 25 yards and finally turned to scare the small buck giving me a shot. This is my second deer this year and I felt every bit of buck fever! This buck felt much more special to me because it was my great great grandpas gun and all of the family was there to help me track it and get it out.
