Around 10:30 am opening day i let out a doe bleat followed by a light grunt when I almost immidiately got grunt reaponse back from a buck in the thick behind me. I waited a few let out another light grunt then i heard him stand up and again grunt back to me, now he was slowly walking behind me and he let out another but this time a little deeper/longer so i responded with a super deep long grunt and he instantly started stomping all around super loud running allover behind me looking for another buck to fight. I let out another deep grunt, he popped out into my field to the right where i couldnt get a good shot and then ran back into the thick, so i stood up and positioned my 450 on a branch in my tree and hit him with a snort wheeze which brought him right back out into the field. And pow!!!! The rest was history. Coolest hunt og my life/best buck so far.
