I got done feeding cattle on the farm at 7:10 and thought I might as well go to the blind. I got in about 7:15 and I could see a deer on the other side of the road. He ended up crossing the road and coming right to me. He got about 166 yards and I said to myself that’s close enough and dropped him in his tracks. I watched this deer all last year and this year it was nice too finally get him on the ground.
