Had been talking to a buddy all day about going to scout for the weekend. Got out of work and rushed home and threw my camos on and grab my gun just in case. We were heading to the field and were seeing birds the whole way, got to the field and seen three Tom’s strutting so we had parked on the side of a dirt road since the field entrance was right by the birds and walked 150 yards and crawled on hands and knees for 60 then noticed they were in a bottom so we army crawled to the top of the hill which was another 40 yards then called and all I saw was the fan coming up over the hill and then the head and came into 25 yards and shot. From the time that we spotted them to the time I pulled the trigger was about 27 mins. Definitely the most insane hunt I’ve been on
