After having a doe sneak in to 7 yards she spooked off and never offered a clean shot. About a half hour later this 7 point and 4 other does stepped out of the corn at about 80 yards. After some coaching, Xander pulled off the shot and put the bullet through both shoulders. The buck fell to his knees and sprang back up only to make it 15 yards to the edge of the woods. It’s Xander’s first deer and I could not be more proud of my boy!!
