Zoey harvested this large doe on our property on October 6. This is her first year hunting and it was her first shot at a deer and she made it count. Zoey is 5 years old and just turned 5 only two weeks ago.
What an awesome experience to share a moment like this with my daughter and to have the shot and reaction from her all on video. Thank you State of Michigan and the Michigan DNR for giving kids an opportunity to hunt under the mentored youth hunting program.
