Order Cancellation Policy

If we receive a cancellation request after your order has been accepted into our order processing system and we are able to physically accommodate your request, there will be no charges. However, cancellations cannot be processed on their scheduled shipment day.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Below are the details of our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items marked as final sale.

Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

    • Need a different size or color? Exchanges are welcome if the item is in stock. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a refund.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at orders@mibuckpole.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the return package.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Order Changes

We will gladly make changes to your order if you contact us before it is processed, please be aware that this could cause a shipping delay.

Warranty – Repair – Defectives

Defective products will be replaced or refunded once the defect has been verified by us or by the original manufacturer. Warranties are from the manufacturer of the product and many require the product be sent directly to them for repair or replacement. Contact the manufacturer directly. Repairs should be handled by or returned to the manufacturer for service work.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping, handling or custom charges or services are not refundable. Certain types of special order deposit charges are not refundable. Charges for modification of any type to a product are not refundable.
